You Can’t Leave
January 22nd, 2013Author: Karen McGreeveyI’ve mentioned before about the “hex”
(more correctly “guilt trip”, maybe?) Mikey seems to try to put on me from time to time; the other morning, he did a good one!
I was getting ready to leave the house when Mikey started to follow me around; he ran ahead of me and jumped up on the chair in front of me in the dining room; all the while “voicing his opinion” in rather loud meows!
So I picked him up and “held him” like you might hold a baby, talked to him, “swayed with him” and petted him. For quite some time.
That seemed to be just the ticket because after I put him down he no longer meowed or scooted around ahead of me in an effort to get my attention.
Poor little “neglected” dear!
Yours in decoding what “they” want,
P.S. What do you think? Is this a neat toy or not to pacify Mikey and your kitties as well?

Awwww marvellous Mikey! Yay for some quality mum time!!
Charlie had that toy once but he didn’t like the noise it made although he did try to catch the mouse at the end of the stick as it went round!
I hope that people do not let their dogs off leashes during such weather! Glad there are good people out there rescuing them though! take care

Awww, I don’t see how you could ever put that kitty down!
Of course it’s important to give Mikey all the attention he wants.
