The saying usually ends with “Who’s there?” But around our house, we have to be careful when we are trying to find out.
As soon as there’s a knock at the door, any number of little ears perk up.
In fact, sometimes it’s almost like they have a sixth sense; they can hear “something” before there’s even a knock at the door. And then they run to beat you to the door.
These are cats! Don’t they know?
Mikey usually gets to the door first; of course, why wouldn’t he? He’s in your way and you have to be careful you don’t trip on Billy or Jonny–both also make a bee-line for the door.
They probably don’t want us to know they’ve invited some “girls” over!
