It’s Like Pulling Teeth
December 7th, 2009Author: Karen McGreeveyMikey and Billy are missing one or two of their front teeth!
Apparently one day when we
weren’t looking, they decided to play “dentist”! (It was doctor when I was a kid!)
As a result, Billy is missing one bottom tooth and Mikey no longer has two bottom teeth…his incisors.
We don’t exactly know what they did or how they did it, but we do know they both like to get into plastic….plastic sacks, plastic thingeys that pop cans and bottles are held in 6-packs with, plastic bubble wrap that packages are wrapped in, etc.
And since one day we did see Mikey “fighting” to pull away from a plastic bottle holder, we can only suppose that sometime when we weren’t looking they both went about doing their nosey thing, got their tooth(s) stuck in the plastic, fought being caught by pulling away, and left the tooth behind.
Eww, oww! Awww!
They’re also our great white hunters! It seems like if we lose something and wait long enough they’ll find it. But not before it invariably goes into their mouths!
Worse than kids, I tell you!
