Kittens 'n Things

I know Mikey’s birthday is tomorrow, but I’m not so sure he’s going to make it to 13!

In other words, he’s been very, very naughty for the past two days! You know those days, where they get on your very last nerve!

Well, Mikey is walking on thin ice. Or should I say “running and flying leaping” on thin ice.

Yesterday, in particular, he was particularly rambunctious. Besides spending his time jumping up on my lap, putting his head on my hands as a pillow (while they were on the computer keyboard)–which is his usual routine–he would sometimes take a flying leap and land on the back of the couch.

Then I was hearing a scratching noise and all at once saw a flash of a tail as he ran into the living room and jumped up on a chair, knocking over anything in his wake.

By the time I got to him, he was already down and running in another direction.

I do believe we’ll have to have a little talk.

Well, except for Mikey, who ran out onto the porch for a bit to have a look around…always snooping to see what happened since he was there the day before.
